The Company is established as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2003 (S.I. Number 211 of 2003) as amended. The Company is supervised and authorised in Ireland by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority.

Maple-Brown Abbott Australian Equity Fund

The Company has appointed Maple-Brown Abbott Limited, as distributor of the Company’s shares and as investment manager of the 3 sub-funds.
Maple-Brown Abbott Limited is an investment management company incorporated in Australia in 1984, specialising in wholesale funds management for corporations, institutions, industry and corporate superannuation funds, charities and high net worth individuals.
As at 30 June 2010 the Investment Manager had funds under management in excess of AUD$11.5 billion.
